Free Contactless Pick Up at the boutique in Calgary, with pick up availability 7 days a week. Many orders are ready within hours, though please note that some orders do take a bit longer to prepare. Please ensure that you wait for the “Ready for Pick-up” email and text confirmation from us before heading down to the boutique. The specific instructions on how and when to collect your treasures will be included!

Our Normal Flat-Rate Expedited Canada Post Shipping options for anywhere in North America! We aim to be clear about our turn around time, and get orders out as fast as possible. We ship orders Monday to Friday every week and our average processing time is same to next business day. Though there are times when things can or may happen that require some orders to take a few more business days to be processed.

All orders are shipped with Expedited Service through Canada Post, and our normal flat-rate shipping options are still in place. 👏🏻 You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number, so that you can follow the progress of your package once it is on the way.

*Please note that Canada Post can sometimes experience some unavoidable, and out of our control delays.

Our current flat rate shipping costs for Canada are as follows:

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba:

$9 flat-rate Expedited Shipping. *Free Shipping for orders over $175! The average delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on your location.

Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia:

$19 flat-rate Expedited Shipping. *Free Shipping for orders over $200! The average delivery time is 3-5 business days, but up to 10 days for more remote locations.

For our friends in the USA:

$20 flat-rate Expedited International Shipping. *Free Shipping for orders over $250! The average delivery time is 3-10 business days, depending on your location. West coast orders arrive earlier than east coast or southern orders do.

Please note that once your order is picked up by Canada Post we are no longer in control of what happens between our shop and your mailbox. Here are some tips to ensure things go as smoothly as possible:

  • Double check your cart to make sure you have all the right quantities, colours, styles, items, etc that you want to purchase.
  • Review your shipping and contact information before purchasing your treasures to ensure everything that needs to be there is and that it's correct. Check things like, postal code, unit or apartment number/letter, email address, street direction/quadrant (ex: 17th Avenue Southeast or SE).
  • Are you sending someone a gift? Make sure your recipients shipping address is correct and that the right billing address is added. You can also send us an email to let us know your order is a gift so we do not include a receipt and maybe add a little note for you. 😊
  • Need something by a certain date? While Canada Post does their best to stay within their estimated time frames sometimes things go wrong and errors on their end can occur. Your package may be in a sorting facility for an extra day or 2 or get stuck at customs, it's sometimes unavoidable. Plan ahead whenever you can and keep in touch with us if there's some information we may need to better help you.
  • We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages that have been marked as delivered. We are however, happy to assist with getting a service ticket started for you with Canada Post.

For orders that are Returned to Sender; orders that are sent to local post offices that are not picked up within the time frame Canada Post provides, and any orders with missing or incorrect shipping and/or customer information, will be returned to the sender, which is us. Unfortunately, once a package has been marked to be returned to the sender there's nothing that can be done to stop the process, not even a service ticket will help. When that happens these packages are sent back to us for a fee and can often take a really long time to be delivered to the store. If you want to have a returned package sent back out again (after any information has been corrected) an invoice for a second shipping label will be sent to you and upon payment your order will be sent out a second time. You can also choose to not have the order sent out again, but a refund will only be processed once the returned package arrives back to us. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded, and a surcharge of up to 20% will be deducted. This is due to the fact that Canada Post will charge us for that original shipment, as well as a second charge to have it sent back to the store.

Return + Exchange Information

Thank you so much for ordering with us, your support means the world. It is our intention for anything and everything you find here to be exactly what you were looking for. However, should you run into a problem with your order please do reach out to us.

For our in-store customers a refund can be processed within 15 days of the original purchase date and an exchange or return for store credit gift, can be processed within 30 days. All items must be returned in new and unused condition with tags still attached. You must have your original receipt and method of payment. For gift items an exchange or store credit will be issued. For our online customers a refund can be processed within 15 days of receiving your item(s) or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit. Please note, however, that the original shipping cannot be refunded and any shipping costs required to send items back to us will be not be covered or refunded.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged as they are intended to be sold just once, either for energetic or sanitary and health reasons:
